Originally from Caracas, Venezuela, Nelsy moved from Wisconsin to California in August 2024. She is a PN1 Certified Nutrition Coach and has been obsessed with CrossFit since she ran past a tiny CrossFit box back in 2014. She combines her 10+ years of CrossFit training with her nutrition expertise to help others achieve and maintain their lifestyle and performance goals. Having overcome nutrition challenges of her own, she debunks common nutrition misconceptions and helps others unlock their potential using a holistic approach to wellness.
