  • I haven’t worked out in a long time. Can I still join a class?

  • I have an injury or limitation. Can I still do the workout?

    Yes. Our coaches are experienced in scaling workouts to accommodate injuries or mobility restrictions. We’ll work with you to find safe, effective modifications that keep you moving toward your goals.

  • What equipment is used in a CrossFit class?

    Workouts vary daily, but common equipment includes Assault bikes, Concept2 rowers, barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, and bodyweight movements. Variety keeps it fun and effective!

  • What are heart rate zones, and why do they matter?

    Heart rate zones help you understand your effort level during class. Based on your max heart rate (220 minus your age), these zones guide your intensity and help you earn WOD points for pushing into higher zones.

  • Can I do CrossFit while pregnant?

    Always consult with your doctor before starting or continuing any workout program during pregnancy. If cleared, our coaches can help you safely modify workouts to match your energy level and stage of pregnancy.
