James
CrossFit Coach
James has been coaching CrossFit since 2019 and is a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer. After beginning his own CrossFit journey in 2018, he quickly developed a passion for the methodology, the community, and helping others discover what they're capable of.
James was introduced to CrossFit by his mom, proving that sometimes mothers really do know best. His coaching philosophy is simple: help me help you. He believes the best results come from a strong partnership between coach and athlete, built on trust, communication, and consistent effort.
Members are often surprised to learn that James once thought CrossFit was the dumbest thing ever. Fortunately, he gave it a chance and has never looked back. He enjoys the precision and technical nature of the snatch and is always looking for ways to become more efficient when workouts include burpees.
For new members, his advice is to be patient and celebrate the hell out of every small victory. Fitness is built one step at a time, and those small wins add up to something remarkable.
