CrossFit Coach
Born and raised in Los Gatos, Dre found a passion for fitness while serving in the United States Marine Corps, which she joined in 2005. Surrounded by a community that thrived on discipline, challenge, and constant self-improvement, she developed a deep appreciation for pushing limits and supporting others in doing the same. Years later, in 2016, she stepped into her first CrossFit class and instantly felt that familiar spark. The energy, intensity, and sense of community brought everything full circle—and she was hooked.
After earning her CrossFit L-1 certification, she quickly discovered how fulfilling it was to help others grow stronger, both physically and mentally. She thrives on seeing people accomplish things they once thought were out of reach, and she brings a coaching style that balances passion with a strong emphasis on technique, form, and long-term sustainability.
In addition to general CrossFit coaching, she is especially passionate about working with pregnant and postpartum athletes. Having trained through both of her own pregnancies and recovery periods, she understands the unique physical and emotional challenges that come with this stage of life. Her mission is to help women feel strong, confident, and supported through every phase of motherhood.
Whether someone is just beginning their fitness journey or striving for new personal records, Andrea is dedicated to helping athletes of all levels move with purpose, train smart, and unlock their full potential.
