- Odd: 5 ring row
- 5 push-up
- Even: Jump Rope: 45
For 2 cycles: AMRAP in 5 mins of:
- 7 Kettlebell Clean & Jerks, 53/35 lbs
- 2 Rope Climbs
- Rest 2 mins between each cycle.
- For each cycle restart the AMRAP.
= Goal: 4-5 rounds
Bike / row 5 minutes Foam roll adductors 2 min / side
