-3 mins Run, Bike, or Row (easy to moderate pace)
- 10-15 Hip Extension
- 10 PVC Pass Thru
- 10 Lateral Lunges
- 50 Singles
Every 2 mins for 10 mins do:
- 10 Front Squats, 135/95 lbs
- 10 Burpees
Choose a weight you can get all 10 Front Squats in a row with. You should be finishing each round with roughly :30 seconds or more to rest
GHD Sit-ups 3x15
Hip Extensions 3x15
Alternate sets between sit-ups and hip extensions
