Then 2 rounds
- 10 squats heels/ankles together
- 30 wall butt kicks (heel kick into glute, arms on the wall shoulder hight/width)
- 30 sec hollow rock hold
- Burgener Warm Up w/empty bar - dip and shrug, dip and shrug w elbows high, muscle snatch, snatch drop (foot work), hang power snatch. 5 reps at each progression
Team of 2
5 Rounds each
- 10 Hang Power Snatch (115/75)
- 20 Pistols (alternating legs)
- 30 Sit - ups
Alternate rounds with partner till both complete 5 rounds
ankle stretch 1 min/side - gravity drop, 1 min/side couch stretch
