We can accommodate the full range of athletic abilities at our facility. We welcome all who wish to get better and find their fitness home. With the many new members, we are grateful we all can help build and strengthen the fitness community here in the South Bay.
We are taking to account the recent survey responses! With all of the great feedback we had a roadmap to help improve the box.
Our front lounge area is a fantastic place to decompress and use our free WiFi or eat your ZONE meals. The library/nutrition office is complete and now we can conduct fitness assessment and launch zone prescriptions. Did you know the yokes double as pushing sleds? Well the new grass is a challenging runway for pushing the yokes among many other drills. I'm just happy to see these areas utilized!
