We will need all numbers in be the end of the day tomorrow. Coach Michaela and Larry will be able to measure you throughout the morning.

- Run, 800 m
- 40 Ground To Shoulder To Overheads, 115/75 lbs
then in the remaining time, AMRAP of:
- Lateral Burpee (Over Barbell)
Score is total reps, barbell + burpees.
Scale as necessary matching weights and movements at the end of the challenge.
