It was great training with Florian visiting from Frankfurt last week. With a great haircut, he is an über cool guy like many of our visitors from all over the place. We wish him luck on the open as he and thousands of CrossFitters from around the world will participate.
There is much enthusiasm leading up to the CrossFit Open this year. We at SV are thankful for the opportunities we have and look forward to a strong future with GREAT people around us in AND out of CrossFit!
