It was so cool to learn from the 7th fittest in the world today. After a very informative Q and A session, she gave us real first hand knowledge of what it takes to play at the top. A mom/traveling coach/athlete, she has many responsibilities.

Reps are consecutive. The set begins when the bar is picked up, and ends when the bar hits the floor. Score is total UNBROKEN reps within the minute time cap.
