We are measuring today, all day and tomorrow (Saturday) from 8AM to 10AM. If you are not participation the Whole Life Challenge, or have done the WLC WOD yesterday, I recommend the alternate WOD listed below or just perform the official WLC WOD for fun.
In 12 mins do:
- Run, 800 m
- 40 Ground To Shoulder To Overheads, 115/75 lbs
then in the remaining time, AMRAP of:
- 1 Lateral Burpee (Over Barbell)
3 rounds for time of:
- 50 Double Unders
- 21 Kettlebell Swings
- 12 Pull-ups
As many rounds as possible in 6 mins of:
- 1 Push Press 115/75 lbs
- 2 Push Jerks 115/75 lbs
- 3 Split Jerks 115/75 lbs
