Come in today and test a benchmark WOD of your choice!

Thursdays are normally rest days, However 4th of July landed on Wednesday.  For today, come in and train during normal weekday class hours.

Today, the CSV Box closes at 7:30PM


Here are some recommended benchmarks:


For time: 

  • 1000m Row 
  • 50 - 45lbs Thrusters 
  • 30 Pull Ups

For Time:

  • 30 Airdyne (Calories)s
  • 15 Burpees
  • 30 Pull-up (jumping)s
  • 45 Air Squats

Post total time.



 8 rounds for time of: 

  • Run 200 meters
  • 11 Dumbbell burpee deadlifts, 60 pound dumbbells
