Like our very own Coach Steve Kpa and Jessica Latham, CrossFit fans are the fittest fans in the world since they train like the elite athletes. As athletes themselves, the differences vary only in degree of intensity. Improving mental fortitude and physical capacity is par for the course.
As a proud training partner and coach of these athletes, I know they have a good understanding how it is like down in the trenches of competition. With the coming months, there will be various events and throwdowns to test your fitness. Get your feet wet and learn the skill of succeeding under pressure. We know Steve and Jess will crush any wod involving handstand push ups!

Today's WOD menu: Please be sure you are signed-in before attending class:
Five rounds, each for time of:
- 20 Pull-ups,
- 30 Push-ups,
- 40 Sit-ups,
- 50 Squats.
Rest precisely three minutes between each round.
***Subtract your rest time (12 minutes) from your completion time to get your total time.***
Dessert: Back Squat 5-5-5 @ 40,50,60% of your 0.9 X 1RM (90% 1RM).
