Preggo Power!

Annie has been CrossFitting a little over a year and a half now mostly while pregnant!  Many CrossFit moms find their babies well adapted to the world with excellent digestion, sleep habit and exemplary overall health. We look forward to the new additions to the CSV family!

Apéritif: 3 Person Team Row 2000 Meters

Entrée: "Foudroyante"

5 rounds for time of:

  • 20 Walking Lunges
  • 200 m Run
  • 15 Ring Dips
  • 10 Push-ups (Hand Release)

Rest 90 seconds between rounds. Post total time minus the 6 minutes of rest.

Dessert: Reverse Hyper 12-12-12
