Go Neren!

Neren has been with us for quite a long time.  We have seen her grow so much in the past few years. Her battle with hypothyroidism was an obstacle as tall as Mt. Everest in her way.  As steep and rocky the road, her commitment brings her to a higher point in her life in terms of health. She is back to her young self hitting personal records left and right. Congratulations Neren on your epic journey.  We are so honored to be part of it supporting you along the way.

As many rounds as possible in 10 mins of: 

  • 18 Kettlebell Swings
  • 12 Pull-ups
  • 6 Burpees
