Nicole Attends CFL1 Trainer Course

Nicole is molding herself into the CrossFit competitor to be reckoned with.  She is reaffirmed that her training is in line with her goals as she is hitting one personal record after another.  I witnessed her determination getting ever so close to her first muscle up the other day. This was after the long two days of lecture and workouts during the CrossFit Level 1 course.

Also, her top 10 performance at last weekend's throwdown tells me this year is rounding out quite well for Nicole.  Join her in on the road to the 2013 CrossFit Games season!
