Thank you for an amazing 4 years of FUN!

From evolving into the CrossFit program we are today we reflect on the road we travelled.  As rocky and adventurous as it was, I would not change a thing.  The bonds we hold are dear and solidified through blood and sweat.  Thank all of you again for making CrossFit Silicon Valley the home away from home it is.  The future looks bright with our growing community.  We are finding our stride since we moved to our new location.  We enjoy meeting and sharing the gift of health and fitness to new members and continue to develop our O.G. Jojos.  Along the way with all the challenges, I have to say THIS IS FUN

Today's WOD menu: Please be sure you are signed-in before attending class:  

Apéritif: 3 rounds NOT FOR TIME

  • 4 Turkish Get up
  • 15 GHD Sit Ups

Entrée: "Pelagos"

 As many rounds as possible in 12 mins of:

  • 12 Dumbbell Bench Presses 45 lbs
  • 8 Back Squats 225 lbs
