Vikas is slowly but surely on his way out of beginner status.  How long does it take to climb out beginner status?  As long as necessary to make it clear there is no giving up easily; STICK-TO-ITIVENESS is, after all, the CrossFit SV way.  We encourage tenacity and perseverence to stamp out NON-STICK-TO-ITIVENESS.  

Great things will happen with determination.  Nary a single day without forward progression!  And good rest must be deserved.  Happy Thursday.
