This Saturday we will be attending the CrossFit San Jose grand opening throwdown.  We confirmed two teams and have a couple alternates.
This Saturday, the 10AM and 11AM classes are cancelled so we may support our athletes and CrossFit San Jose.  Please make the 9AM with coach Sheena then head on over to CrossFit San Jose in Campbell.  The heats start at 10AM.
