About Coach

Born and raised in San Jose, Coach Phil has spent his whole life dedicated to the sport, health, and wellness. Since he began coaching in 2000….. he believes his life purpose is to be a guiding light for those who are on their own health and fitness journey, to assist them in finding ways to reverse out of pain and stay injury-free. After studying Kinesiology (Exercise Science) in college Phil went on to work as a PTA at a physical therapy clinic for 5 years. Working under some leading health and fitness professionals, Coach Phil learned the importance of mobility/stability/endurance strength. Understanding if one focuses on these areas and masters them… will become stronger, and reduce your chance of injuries thus feeling more confident with your body. Coach Phil is currently working towards becoming a Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (ADAPT Program), Level 1 & 2 ATG Coach, the Eldora Method level 3.
