Boost 30 is a short to medium duration high-intensity interval style workout program. This is designed to provide increased aerobic capacity through high-intensity metabolic conditioning (metcon) adaptation.
The BOOST program is an ENDURANCE, STAMINA and AGILITY biased program which compliments other areas of fitness. We seek to improve cardiorespiratory adaptation through short and medium time intervals to supplement strength and power. With a maximum 20 minute intermediate intensity and short high-intensity intervals, we will see vast increases in your overall fitness!
