We program workouts in rotation between the CFSV coaching staff. Ryan takes the programming reigns this week and offers up another spicy triplet. Here are some pointers from coach Ryan for today’s WOD.
Use one dumbbell for snatches, and they will go from the floor. Shoulders will feel it on this one so make sure to use the legs on the snatches!
Scale HR pushups to regular pushups or knee pushups
Knee to elbow- If you are unable to touch your knees to elbow scale to knee raises. Tuck those knees up as high as you can!
