@thekrispix and I just had our -month weigh-in. I am now down 77 lbs and Kristin is down 56 lbs. We feel fantastic and are getting stronger every day!

Every 1 min for 12 mins, alternating between:
- Odd: 20 Wall Balls, 20/14 lbs
- Even: 10 Box Jumps, 24/20 in

B. Banded Good Mornings 1x100 Reps
