M-Lo knows to keep his cool when things get heavy. During high rep kettlebell swings, he constantly reminds himself to breathe, move and stay cool and smooth. There is no reason to fire up so many muscles around the face and look constipated with a kettlebell during an intense WOD. Save your tension for the muscle required to do work! Making it look easy is a testament to the thousands of repetitions, and mastery of the movement.

Deadlift, Floor Press (or bench press if you have enough equipment), Squat Clean:
-Alternate back and forth on Deadlift (switch) then bench (switch) then cleans till each person is done.
--Make sure you spot one another on the floor press or bench.
Adjust weight accordingly.
You should be able to do the deads unbroken, the bench in no more than two sets, and the cleans unbroken for a set of 10 if you were funky fresh
