We will resume dedicated judging and validation this Sunday starting at 9AM. Keep training smart till your next higher intensity testing event whether it be starting 13.1, second attempt at 13.1 or waiting till 13.2.
If you are repeating 13.1, remember to visualize how you can approach it more efficiently. Mobilze, sit in a hot tub, roll out and align your posture through exercise therapy. If you are confident with your score, keep the training going as if 13.1 was just another benchmark day while practicing all necessary skills like bar muscle ups, knees to elbows, muscle ups, ring dips and chest to bar pull ups.

Cover as much distance as possible in 20 minutes. Run or Row in any amount or any splits as desired. A minimum of 400m running and 500m rowing must be completed. Record total distance ran and total distance rowed in addition to the combined total.
