- Odd mins: 3 Hang Squat Cleans
- Even mins: 5 Strict Pull-ups This is not a timed workout.
As many rounds as possible in 7 mins of the complex:
- 1 Power Clean 135 lbs
- 2 Front Rack Lunges 135 lbs
- 1 Hang Squat Clean 135 lbs
- 2 Shoulder-to-Overheads 135 lbs
15 Deadlift penalty if weight is dropped before the last rep of the complex.
