Stay strong SV with paused front squats to break the eccentric/concentric chain. It reinforces strength at the bottom by also cutting off the bouncing stretch reflex. Though, by all means- during max squat cleans please bounce off the bottom. It is the bottom of the snatch where you need to stay patient and cradle that weight overhead.
