I am taking note of the vast improvements and personal records within the box. Let me emphasize it is more than just the workouts. It an integral system glued together by the supportive vibe from all members. With differing goals, we all have so much in common. We love to hear the Ooooohs and Aaaaahs, we love to be encouraged, we love to eat and drink with the great company of fellow athletes.

I am giddy to know that I can just call any one of my workout partners grab some coffee or hit the pool. Also, when it comes down to the temptation of eating that EXTRA cheesecake, pizza, bagel etc. we know we can hold each other accountable.

The support system is just one of the many factors in the vastly improving fitness of CSV. We look forward to a fit summer with positively influential friends!

12 Minute Ascending Ladder with as many rounds as possible in 12 mins of:

  • Thruster 115 lbs 
  • Reverse Lunge (Front Rack) 115 lbs

Perform 1-1,2-2,3-3,etc. for the full 12 minutes.

Post total rounds.
