Keep Marching on!

Epic vibe at SV the last two weeks.  It is exhilarating seeing everyone tackle the wods with such aplomb.   In the middle of competition, we are digging deep within ourselves and finding strength where we never knew we had.  Core strength is now taking on new meaning for us as we are pushing to our limits.  The sport of fitness is EPIC!
