Master of physical improvement!

Larry improves more than a round from 3 rds 17 reps to 4 rds 33 reps at the Lalanne "Death by Barbell Challenge"!  The 1 month process of improvement included more efficient barbell movement training and adjusting his nutrition adding more slow burning carbohydrates like sweet potatoes.  The proof of impressive results are in the numbers!
