Supa funky fresh

John Bahr... or ... JOHN BAHH SUPA STAHH!!! John is a big part of what makes our community great.  He is so full of positive energy he can power a light bulb if you stick one up his      nose.  We look forward to hanging out with the most interesting people in the world every day we turn on the lights in our amazing box.  


The comraderie, support and love is a major contribution to adherance.  The fellow members drive the consistency and help everyone in CSV grow stronger and healthier.  No matter how funky fresh and cool the our programming is, we feel a close knit and supportive community is the trump card.  If you do not know someone at the box- GET TO KNOW THEM! We are an awesome network especially when we know each other a bit more.  I hear someone here gives great deals on firewood!  Not that I or anyone at CSV needs firewood- just saying.  This guy has quality firewood.

12 Minute AMRAP

Move from each of four stations after a minute.  The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of ‘rotate,’ the athlete/s must move to next station immediately for good score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point. The stations are:

  • Row (Calories)

  • Wall-ball #20/14, 10 ft target (Reps)

  • Kettlebell Swing #1.5pd/1pd (Reps)

  • Toes Through Rings (Reps)
