Here are three WOD events for FRIDAY, FRIDAY, FRIDAY!  We can perform the workouts to the famous youtube song.

We really don't need music to motivate us, do we?  Strangely however, I find classical music to be quite uplifting and energizing.  The song Ode to Joy in particular tends to ignite a spark in my intensity during a tough wod.


The gravitational pull should be less on Sunday, so lets meet at the BOX at 8AM for an offsite WOD.  We will then carpool to Communications Hill with some extra weight for a great workout.

  • 12 Pistols (Alternating Legs) 
  • 10 m Bear Crawl 
  • 12 Push-ups (hand release) 
  • 10 m Bear Crawl Backward 

Post total time.

Dessert: 2 minute max pull-ups
