 pWOD: Reverse Hyper/GHD Sit Ups 10 X 3 each

On the minute:
  • Complete 5 #135 Burpee Deadlift and perform max rep 135# Hang Power Cleans. 
  • The goal is to complete 75 Hang Power Cleans. 
  • At the beginning of every minute perform 5 #135 Burpee Deadlifts, for the rest of the minute perform as many Hang Power Cleans as you can during that minute.
  • At the beginning of the next minute perform 5 #135 Burpees Deadlifts and then max rep hang power cleans and so on until you reach 75 total hang power cleans
Post the total number of rounds (minutes) it took to reach 75 hang power cleans.
