Reverse Hyper!

From the generous gift certificates, we picked up this essential training tool.  We want CSV members to use it extensively and reap all the benefits it provides.  Please review the video for instruction especially how to mount and dismount.   Also, pay close attention to the height of the extention as it is not a hyper extension.
