Valjoux (for Vallée de Joux, "Joux Valley") is a Swiss manufacturer of high end chronograph wrist watch movements.  Since our workout today is for time, I find it fitting to name this particular workout after an extremely popular mechanism used in the majority of non-battery powered (automatic) chronograph watches on the market today.  The "Core" in a typical Omega or Tag Chronograph is a Valjoux 7750. Think of a resetting stopwatch as you game the repetitions of this WOD. Like the second hand, the movements reset back to the begining at the ready, time and again WITH A STRONG CORE.

In other words, keep your core positioned properly and strong from the get-go, each and everytime you reset.

Not sure if my point came across, but anyway-  3,2,1...GO!
