So far so GREAT!

So far, we are witnessing vast improvements over the first week of the challenge.  Many of you are now more capable of hitting at least two WODs in a day and raising the volume of work from time to time. Keep up the great work as there are only a few days left in the challenge!

Most of you have few more WODs left to complete and on track toward a strong Summer Challenge finish!
