Stretch Like Rex!

REX KWON DO! I beleive he stretches at least 3X a day.  Stretch often and kick ass!  You too can be kick like Rex if you STRETCH YOUR HAMSTRINGS!  Flexible hamstrings are a priority so that you and your "Starla" can:

be free from back pain.

have a more mature squat.

prevent injuries especially in the knees.



12 Minute time limit.

Run 1 Mile

Then perform as many body weight front squats as possible.
