Basic elements class @ 7PM Tuesday evenings.

For the new and not so new to CrossFit, we added the "Basic Elements" class every Tuesday at 7PM.  The basic movements are foundation to the more complex movements found in CrossFit. The air squat, front squat the overhead squat, shoulder press, push press, push jerk, deadlift, sumo deadlift high pull, and medicine ball clean will be drilled.



Clean one rep every minute on the minute for 15 minutes.
