Great job this week SV CrossFitters.  Way to to push yourselves past your comfort zone for this week.  Keep the momentum going knowing that you are improving your overall work capacity and learning to be more efficient with your movements.  Many of you had some serious "A-ha" moments during the wods.  You Dig deep, and find efficiency in your movements under great duress.  It is so rewarding and in the end, we all win!
