Two Miles Around the Block

I used Gmaps pedometer and plotted out a 1 mile course around our box:

This is really convenient and changes up the scenery a bit.  I found this Google application through CrossFit East Bay's throwdown WOD.  Awesome- Thanks Max!


Also, we send big warm welcome to new CrossFitter Ryan, who has base training in sprint triathlons.  Congratulations on your start on the road to ELITE FITNESS.

Run 1 mile
100 Sit-ups
100 Back extensions
Run 1 mile

Mix and match back extensions and sit-ups as needed.
