Through painstakingly thorough coaching and incremental load assignment CrossFit has been able to teach anyone who can care for themselves to perform safely and with maximum efficacy.

CrossFit Silicon Valley NOVICE CLASSES

These ongoing classes emphasize movement fundamentals and CrossFit elements.  This is a foundations and elements class taylored to those wishing to get started with CrossFit without the pressure or intimidation of working out along side with more experienced athletes. Heavy emphasis is on technique and mechanics over intensity. We all need to start somewhere...  LET IT BE HERE!
