I second that Leanne!  I am going on 3 weeks of Proannox.  The effectioveness was noticable after about 5 days.  I know some at the gym claim placebo effect.  I don&#39;t feel it&#39;s the case.  There have been several WODs recently that would have crushed me for days like heavy strict overhead presses or Deadlift PR :)  The soreness was negligible and most importantly did not prevent me from the next workout. I know it isn&#39;t cheap but I feel this is a real case of getting what you pay for. If you are trying to reach the next level it may be worth a shot.</p>]]></description></item></channel></rss>
